I would like to awake the New York Powells. I have a Willis J. Powell born around 1790 in New York. He moved to Louisiana and around 1818 married Louise Delphine Landry. I know that there are many Powells on Long Island. Also many Willis and Willits married into the Powells I find many Willit Powells but no Willis J. Powells. Help me.
