George Earl Powell: DOB 7-15-1908 died in car accident 1940 Marie Ella Latham Powell: DOB 3-16-1912 Both lived in Vivian, Caddo Parish, Louisiana I am not sure what state they were married, Louisiana, Arkansas, or Texas.
