HIS SON, LEMUEL Powell, is mentioned not only in the will of Thomas Bowles in 1719, but also in the will of WILLIAM Powell NO. 7, dated 1701." If George was born in 1697 then this can't refer to him. Doesn't it refer to George's father John? Plus, George didn't have a son Lemuel but he has a brother Lemuel.
