I believe there were only three children in both of her marriages. Margaret Evangaline Phillips, Rosalyn "Sweetie" Powell and Ward Kenneth Powell Jr. I know that this may not be much information to go off of but there in lies my dilemma. I have very limited information on this side of my family and no one seems to know much information or is not willing to give any. I'm beginning to think there is some deep dark secret or something....ha ha The weird thing is...my mother's side of the family is who I thought I would have trouble finding information on. She was in foster care from the time she was 8 until she was 18. But I was able to find the information on her side of the family....ah well wish me luck.
