She was a cousin of my mother Leslie Roberta Powell. Her parents were Paul Stephen Powell b. 11/8/1914 Montgomery AL d. 6/10/1949 Montgomery AL and Ruth MNU born approx. 1915. They divorced at some point and Ruth and Ellen Marie moved to Kansas City, Kansas. I have been unable to find 1940 census records for any of them. Any assistance would be appreciated.
