They were from Philadelphia, PA. The father George Ward Powell, born 1851 in Philadelphia, PA. Had a son George Randall Powell, born 1900 in Mashuettes. A sister Elizabeth E. Powell, Marie C. Powell who died early on due to the flu epidemic.George Ward married the endentured servant who worked in the house and therefore was disowned by his father.
