I see you have used it as a reference. I have been researching this line for a woman who is applying for DAR membership. She is descended from William Powell and Rebecca Rodgers. William Powell died before July 29, 1893 in Lawrence Co., OH. A probate court notice appeared in the newspaper on July 29, 1893, stating that W. W. Wiseman had been appointed as the administrator of W. A. Powell in probate court. His wife, Rebecca Rodgers, married Jonathan Lambert in 1898 and died 19 Feb 1919 in Springfield, Clark Co., OH.
