Dear Diane, Dear Diane, I have a copy of an extract which I got at the Marshall Co. TN library. I also have papers from the History Society Librarian of Maury County, who recently sent me quite a bit of material that I have not been able to get to as yet. The lineage is difficult to sort out, due to the convoluted way in which the suit is written, but, if you are looking only for the names, let me suggest: Go to genforum.genealogy.com and go to the Powell forum. Go to message #10066 dated May 19, 2003. It is from me and I give the list of all the children and grandchildren, along with spouse, where given. I hope this is of help to you.
