Seems very odd that NO ONE has a record about him. This is such a sad story. Especially today around Christmas as we are going into the year 2 0 1 3. One would think that some one where some how, he might have applied for a Driver's licenses, and a thumb fingerprint might have been taken. Says he also was on the Dr. PHIL television show asking for help to find his family. Says the DNA testing on 23andme, FamilyTree and Ancestry, yet still nothing clicked for him other than your post about a Joseph POWELL. That was not on any that I read about him.
