In 1845 A. Louisa Powell married John A. Curtis 1819 OH in Daviess Co., MO. 1850 3 children Benj.M/F, Clarary R., George F/C.H. John A. died between 1866 and 1870 where she and children are alone in the census. Benj. and Clarary have left home. George, Will A., Susan, Henry E, and David S. in Cameron, Clinton, MO. Then in 1875 She and children are in Ionia, Jewell, KS. 1880 she has remarried to Samuel Day his children from a previous marriage Thomas J., Lydia M and Estelle, along with Ama/Amy Louisa last child David S. Curtis. I don't have a direct line male for this Powell, Family Finder test with FTdna.
