Lurinda (nee Dunham, born in Clarence, NY around 1814) Powell, I discovered, moved in with a niece in Livingston County, Illinois after her husband's death. The Dunhams were in the Cincinnati area area in the 1840s and I wonder if that is where Lurinda met Watkin. I think their residence was in Newport, Kentucky, across the river.
