She was born on March 13, 1866 in Caney Spring, Marshall Co., TN, married to William John Martin on December 8, 1887 in Caney Spring, and died on November 1952 in Denton, Caroline County, Maryland. My father was Edwin C. Martin, Sr. born May 24, 1900 and died December 5, 1989. I can distinctly remember meeting Eris Powell when he visited the Martin family farm in Denton. I have attached a photo of Austin Powell (father of Eris). Also, a family photo of Nannie Betty Powell, William John Martin and family (including my father). Hope this is of interest.
