My Great Grandfather, David S Powell, came to the us from Wales in 1888. I have have gone to the courthouse here in Belmont County Ohio, and found his naturalization papers in 1888. According to my Dad's cousin in England, Doreen Evans, looked up the marriage record for david and rachel, and found that both Fathers were deceased at the time of the marriage in 1894.
