I was aware of where the Powell Family was during the 1930 census. Samuel & Lulu were my grandparents, Mary was my mother. She married 1931 to Purcell Washington and resided in Media, Delaware County, Pa. this union produced to children Sylvia, Nancy (Jean). I am 79 years old and have never heard of Emma, no one ever mentioned her name, my mother, grandmother aunts, no one, which I find very odd (but not for African Americans)I don't know if she is deceased or alive.
