Powell. My grandmother married 2nd time to McKinley Chisolm,they resided in Philadelphia, Pa., until her death in 1947. the only person living with them at that time was Mckinley sister, she was their daught as the census state her name was Stella Chiscolm age 20. her date of birth est. around 1920. Samuel & Lulu power were still living in South Carolina at that time. I could not find any record of Emma living in Philadelphia with any other relatives.
