Powell born around 1827in Kentucky. He could also have been known as Joseph P.Powell. His wife was Julia Ann Freeman. Their son, William E. Powell was my great-grandfather. I can't find any info past J.P. and Julia or even much info about them. I know they lived in Montgomery County, KY in the 1850s and that J.P's father was from Virginia.
