Potter Friday, February 1, 2002 Roland Gilbert Potter, 92, of Heights Road, Concord, died Wednesday at Concord Hospital. He was born in Concord, the son of John and Addie (Bell) Potter. He worked as a self-employed maintenance man for Perry Brothers, Orr & Reno Law Office and a country club in Rye, N.Y. Potter enjoyed gardening and going dancing with his wife. Survivors include two daughters, Betty Tucci of Concord, and Flossey Gambol of Yuma, Ariz.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. His wife, Dorothy (Baker) Potter, three brothers and three sisters, died previously. Calling hours will be held tomorrow from 4 to 5 p.m. at Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., Concord. Funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Dan Stauffacher, pastor of Pembroke Congregational Church, will officiate. Burial services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in Blossom Hill Cemetery. Note: I am of no relation, but my sympathies go out to those of you who are.
