William 2nd who went to Pawlet, Vt. I found numerous mistakes in the book which I would advise to use with caution. I just received my first tonight. The Potter Book I have was published in 1888, so any requests would have to be from before then. The naem of the bood is: Geneaologies of the Potter Families and their Descendents in America Alfred Mudge & Son Boston, Ma 1888 The book badly needs to be rebound and the book binder advised to use it as little as possible before rebinding it so I will not be able to do any lookups until it is done. In my line "George Potter of Portsmouth" all the information in the book was also in a database by C Winch (gumby@somewhereorother). While I found a couple of errors in the Winch Database, it seems (As far as my relations are concerned) a good starting place. ==== POTTER Mailing List ==== ============================== Visit Ancestry.com for a FREE 14-Day Trial and enjoy access to the #1 Source for Family History Online.
