Thelma was the wife of Clarence Shupe Hill, they married in 1930. They lived in Drexel Hill, PA in Delaware County. Thelma was originally Thelma Potter, of the Ardmore, PA Potters, and she was born in 1908. I believe they may have had a daughter named Mary.
