Two POTTER Marriage Licenses are on file in Oklahoma. (This came from a North Texas list.) Potter, C. M. m. Butler, Birdie L. 3 Jul 1926 Potter, Fay m. Polson, Alene 3 Aug 1932 If you find one of these belongs to your family, that does not necessarily mean that they lived in Oklahoma. Many of them were from Texas and other nearby states. The License will tell you where their place of residence was most of the time. These are only a portion of the marriages in Bryan County, Oklahoma. These are original marriage licenses which were never obtained from the Courthouse.
