A daughter, Winnefred Beatrice on 22nd January 1911 who died a few days later and was buried on 26th January. A son named Arthur Albert, baptised 3rd March 1911. It looks as though they were twins and as they were baptised on different days, the parents probably realised that Winnefred Beatrice wasn't going to make it and baptised her straight after birth. Seems a long shot, but it might prove interesting to you. It might be worth looking at the Free Birth Deaths and Marriages site to see if there are references to a marriage for Arthur, and poss a death recorded for the parents?? Regards Chris
My sentiments exactly, and ditto on the royalties. My Uncle, Harry POTTER, b. 1922 in Milford, Sussex Cnty, Delaware, d. 24 Dec 1966, had the nickname of "Pud". My ggfather's name was Arthur Potter Church. He lived at least part of his life in the Whitewater Wisconsin area. Potter was a family name, probably his mother's maiden name. My mother remembers visiting an Aunt Alice Potter when she was small (in the 1940s). Can anyone help me make the connection in this line? Thanks for any help. Kari Waltz

Jonathan was the son of Pasqua Austin and Margaret Sunderland. I have lots of Potter data but have not taken that line back. I also show an Ezra Potter as the father of a Zerviah Potter who married Stephen Peckham - I think she may be Bathsheba's sister. If I get more info I'll pass it on. Potters can be a tough crowd :) Take care, Donna Potter in RI
I am descended from William Potter born about 1608 in England and married Hannah ______ and I descend from his daughter Hope Potter. William Potter was executed in about 1664 or later (the dates disagree) for rather embarrassing reasons. What does anyone have on the documented/authenticated ancestry of William Potter and what info about his wife? This is about as far back as I go in this line. Thank you. Bob
