That is the Allison that we would like to connect to, there are some similar names to the ones from this family, but as of yet, we've found no direct connection. Our gggrandfather Allison Posey was born around 1816 in KY. We have no father or mother's names to work with. We show 10 children born in MO & TX to he & his wife Octavia Caroline Kimbrough. We just hope that someone else researching the Poseys may come across any information to help find his parents.
