Since one cannot send attachment to rootsweb lists I have created a web-site at My Family.com called Charles County Gleanings. I am posting scanned copies of items I have collected while researching. They are from MD Calendar of Wills, Adm Proceedings from the Perogative Court of MD, Maryland Genealogies, Early Families of Southern MD Vol IV, Charles County Land Records, Vol III, Maryland Genealogical Bulletin, and others. I have cut and pasted these bits and snippets and combined them by families (in a way). You will find a lot of Philpotts and Poseys here as well as other families somehow connected including, Courts, Cottrell, Keech, Hawkins, Smallwood, Tubman, Bayne, Warren, Barton, Smoot, Hannah, Rigg, Townley, Teares, and others. I will be adding more material as I can get it scanned and uploaded. I have uploaded four pages of items today.
