It is absolutely amazing, one hundred fifty years after his demise the spirit of Captain Posey is signing his name a little differently on legal documents across the land. Once the Posey haint left Austin I'm sure he headed to San Marcos where he bailed off the escarpment into Spring Lake in search of his free ranch before heading east down the El Camino Real for the lights of Winnsboro, LA. No doubt he hollered YEE HAH BRAZOS as he approached Bryan and pulled off to commit some more fraud there before heading to Louisiana.
