I suspect that the two daughters are possibly with another family, but I'm blowed if I can find them anywhere on the 1891 Census. She was born in strange circumstances, 3 years after the death of her mothers husband (father to her siblings) - her mother had not remarried, nor did she seem to have 'a man' in tow.
