I haven't ever written before, but finally decided I must ask if anybody might have info on a Walter Pollard who married Salome Woodson. They lived in Troy, MO. Salome was sister to my grandmother, Lily Steel Woodson who married Lewis William Creech in 1904, when she was 16 years old. There was another sister named Rose. I don't know of any descendants from Salome or Rose or even whatever happened to them. The sisters father was Robert L. Woodson and mother was Alice Agnes Steel. I would like to know anything about the Pollard background. Maybe someone that knew of them would know about my Grandmother also.
