He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Pollard of Albuquerque; two daughters, Marianne Mathis of Chicago, IL, and Kathy Miller of Springfield, VA; three grandchildren, Chris Mathis, Aaron Mathis, and Nicole Fleisher; and a sister, Mary Wheeler of Taos, NM. Wilson volunteered for many organizations including the Albuquerque Zoo, the Natural History Museum, Pueblo Indian Cultural Center, KNME, and many others. He was a retired Army Reservist and an active member of Hoffmantown Church. Services will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary - Wyoming Blvd. Chapel with Pastor Ken Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. The family will be receiving visitors at French Mortuary on Tuesday, November 10, 2003 from 5:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of choice.
