My grandfather is John Pollard, born Burnley Lanc 1919. His parents are Alice Ann Alderson (I have a lot of info on her) born Reeth 1889 and John James Pollard born Burnley(?) 1879. John James' parents were Alderson Pollard and Ellen but that's were I get stuck. I have found a family in the 1881 and 1891 census' but have yet to confirm that it's them. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.
