Hi, Karen, Theron, and other POLLARD family researchers-- I have a Robert POLLARD, born in Virginia about 1770, perhaps earlier, and died in Columbia County, GA just across the GA/SC state line before 5 Sep 1821. He married Martha MARSHALL, the granddaughter of the famous Revolutionary Baptist minister and missionary, Daniel MARSHALL. The theory goes that Robert moved from VA to SC to GA, along with the Daniel MARSHALL ministry. Does anyone have any ideas about the ancestry of this particular Robert POLLARD? Naturally, any help greatly appreciated. Robert is my fourth great grandfather.
