I am sending this to actually three (3) lists at once, since I know that these families are interrelated. The Henderson's, Pollard's & Scobee's married into each others families in Monroe County, Mo. I did a "little digging" (no pun intended) online and found several cemeteries in Monroe County that had various people buried there. Since I grew up in Monroe County and many of my ancestors are buried there, I was wondering if any one out there in gelealogy land could give me a little help trying to figure out how these folks are related to each other (and to me as well). I have the listing in a Microsoft excel file, (but can cut/paste to another document if necessary). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mike Stockton Cousin

He was married to (1) Elizabeth Ann Brown, 24 Jan 1787; (2) Anne Guffee, abt, 1803 ; and (3) Kitty -----, 3 Apr 1818. I finally concluded that Braxton Carter Pollard was son of either Thomas or William Pollard (brothers) son of a John and Margaret Pollard of Lancaster Co., VA. Another son of John and Margaret appears to be James (b. abt. 1726) whom I have placed as father of Robert Pollard of Abbeville Co., SC . Robert's son, Thomas Braxton (yes!!!) Pollard (1807-1841) was my wife's 2-great grandfather. Theron Smith
