Could SKS please help - The story (written1849) goes:- "John Pollard born 127 July 1787 --- Served in the R.N. as a Junior Officer --- (including Battle of Trafalgar) Put ashore sick at Chatham in 1828 and since 1836 has been in charge of a station in the Coast Guard," ---- "IN AUGUST 1822 HE MARRIED Miss MATILDA TREVETHAN BY WHOM HE HAS ISSUE 6 CHILDREN".. My interest is in Trevethans World Wide and I would very much like to know where they married, - There is more to the story which I can share if there is a Pollard (or anyone else) that can help me over this brick wall..
