I know of a Frank Napierala but the time period is off. If anything he would be the father of the Frank you are looking for. My interest in Frank is I believe he is a brother to the Andrew I am working on. Below is what I found in the Toledo city directory but again the time period is off. I did see a WWI draft card for Joseph Napierala living in Toledo but he was born in West Virginia so I didn't pay any attention to him as I don't believe any of my Napieralas came from there. In the 1900 census there is a Frank Napierala, age 36 his wife is Mary 35, their children are Pelagia 15, Stanley 14, Joseph 12, Michael 4, Wicnety (which is in later years Vincent) 2, and Terasa 1/2 years old. In the 1910 census there is a Frank Naprela age 45, his wife Mary 47, children Michel 14, Woncy 11, Tracy 9, Tillie 5, Cash 3, and Rosie 8/12. I'm sure this is the same family as in 1900 census. In the 1930 census there is a Frank Napierala age 66, wife Mary 65, children Casper 23 and Rose 19. So there doesn't appear to be a son named Frank but that doesn't mean there couldn't be a son with the middle name Frank which he started using as his first name at some time. I don't know if I ever looked for a 1920 census on Frank. My grandfather's half sister, Frances Livo, married a Frank Napierala. Frances was born in 1911 and died in 1990. Frances's sister, Josephine, married a Joseph Napierala. I have a couple of pictures, but no dates. I have been told they lived on 1775 Nebraska street. I believe Josephine had two children, a girl and a boy.
