Maciejewski, Mroszczak, Marcewicz???? 1) Are these names similar or do they sound the same when spoken with Polish accent?? Marcewicz is the English name my family used but I am unable to find them in the usual censuses.... 2) I was directed to the second name, Mroszczak in the Ellis Island data because of dates of birth, arrival dates, departure locations...but I don't know how to connect them with the current name?? I don't know what state my person may have elected (if he did) to naturalize for citizenship??? Should I just start to look thru all the censuses of New York, Ohio, Penn, and Michigan (where my family is ultimately from?). As well as any Naturalization records of states from NY to MI.??
