Hello to all, I have returned from my September visit to Poland - to visit my family in Gawrych-Ruda and Brzygiel. It was incredible and I have so many stories to tell now, but life has been somewhat problematic here since I returned and therefore too busy for me to sit and write. I was able to see much of the country side of the Northeast section of Poland and I spent a day and half in Warsaw. Warsaw was great and the countryside of Poland is just so beautiful - really, really beautiful. I also spent three days in Kazimierz Dolny and that town is also unbelievable - like walking in a storybook land. I was very blessed to find my family and they are just great people and I had a most wonderful time and the experience of a lifetime. I will go back to Poland to the family I now know and love dearly. I plan to see much more of this beautiful country, the homeland of my ancestors. Maybe next year, but sure by 2009. I will try to post some of my stories and I would love to hear the stories that Rose has. Rose, if you choose not to put on the PBS site, please include me in your off-line emails to Leah and we can all share.
