Morse, whose work on the Ellis Island immigrant database, has become world-renowned. Dr. Morse has developed a vast array of web-based searching aids providing innovative tools for the genealogist. Earlier this year, he created his One -Step search pages for the 1851 - 1911 Canadian Censuses, the U.S./Canada Border Crossing Records, and the 1841-101 British Censuses. Dr. Morse will start with "One-Step Webpages: A Potpourri of Genealogical Search Tools" which describes over 100 web-based tools available giving the highlights of each one. Following a short break, we will be treated to Dr. Morse's brand-new presentation, "Jewish Calendar Demystified". The Jewish Genealogical Societies from Toronto and Buffalo are co- sponsoring Dr. Morse's visit. Please join us for these presentations. Admission is free for members of the 3 co-operating groups.
