That's true. Just delete what isn't of interest, keeping the blood pressure low. It isn't a matter of privacy because, once you put something out on the internet, it's out there for anyone to see, forever. You can't be very private and participate on the internet. There are lots of things that come through that I'm not at all interested in. I just delete those and wait for something that is of interest. While I do care what happens in the world and in the news, these petition things are, supposedly, of no use, other than to make people who sign them feel like they are helping. I just delete those along with all the jokes and cutesy friendship things that people send. I go on with listening to the news, watching old movies, painting and drawing, writing, checking e-mail, trying to find out more about Great Grandpa and his mother's lives in Prussia before they came to the U.S., and the usual washing and ironing, helping grandsons with homework. All those daily things I do. Now, if it was someone trying to make us all join up as terrorists or something like that (I actually got some of those on one list a while back! A hacker got through, they said.), I would be a little bit on the upset side. Relax, smile, and stay cool! And go on with looking for genealogy, or whatever you are interested in. Forget the rest.
