I would like to know that info also! Villages surrounding the area that my family came from are: stare siolo (selo), sucha wola, lipin, oleszyce among some others. Documents from the time they came over (1912-1916) call it Austria. The village is within Poland today. My ancestors all said that we came from Ukraine. Some of the Yakimicki's went to Canada but either married into different names or changed their name (one changes his to Mackay!)
