Well, it turns out I've been making these since I was a kid! I just didn't know the Polish name. Our little spin on the cabbage rolls are to precook the rice and to add finely chopped red, orange, yellow and green peppers. I love them! My non-Polish husband sighs and eats one or two but my siblings and I chow down when we have a family reunion. How can people not like these???
