    3. I think not likely to be a relation, although there are some interesting coincidences. My Sarah Lillie Cohen, born 1896 in Pennsylvania, married Isadore Cooper in Northern California. Her brother, Harry Cohen, was a musician and did appear in the Silent Movies as well as on stage! But he was the only son of and only son and we are not likely to be related to your Cohens unless their surname was originally Kaplansky, from Germany or Prussia.
