Author, educator, and researcher, Cecile is a native of Detroit, and a board member of Polish Genealogical Society of Michigan serving as their representative to the Federation of Genealogical Societies. Ceil is a graduate of Michigan State University in East Lansing and spent thirty years in K-12 education where she pioneered multimedia technology integration in the classroom. She is currently developing the Polonica Americana Research Institute on the historic Polish American campus of Orchard Lake, Michigan. Programs begin in early 2009.
