Hi Barbara! I have been following the post's regarding the manifests and I was wondering what the snipping tool was also. After looking around I think I found what she was talking about. If you have Windows Vista then look at the round globe button on the bottom left where you click for the start menu. Next to the below is a small icon that just switch is between desktop etc. Right next to that it's a tiny tiny arrow-click on that tiny arrow and a selection will, appear that one will be the snipping tool. Click on it and in the upper left hand corner of your page the box will appear. In the box where you see new click on the down arrow and make your selection.
