If you are on a Macintosh all you do is hold down the apple, shift and number three and it will take a picture of the screen and put it on your desktop. Or You can hold down the apple, shift and the number 4 and a bulls eye will come up you can hold down the mouse and drag the bulls eye through the part you want and it will put it on the desktop. If you click on these pictures they will open in Preview.
