I am constantly searching social databases looking for relatives in Europe. Last week a nice person that turns out not to be a relative suggested I try this site: www.nasza-klasa.pl I think it is sort of like classmates.com. It is in Polish but I used the Google translator and except for today I think I've been communicating ok. I've met a few very nice people. Some trying to be helpful and of course a couple did not answer my emails. I met a very nice older woman (my age - old). She does not speak English but we struggle along. I had written to her asking if she could be family. Unfortunately she is not but she did invite me to be in her family anyway and we have been exchanging emails since last week. I, personally think it is fun to email with people from other parts of the world. So the site may be worth a try if you are searching for relatives in Poland or even looking for a new email buddy in Poland. I recently became a member of Nasza Klasa also. I have found several cousins I know and even have been able to find some I did not know. I also joined Facebook and my membership to that one is almost 50 members. It's unreal how many cousins are using Facebook.
