    3. The printout does not give you enough information. The copy of the original gives you the person's name at the time they completed the application. It will also tell you where she was born, her father's name and her mother's maiden name.     3. so the parents are not on the printout? we know actual parents and birthplace of my ancestor, i am wanting to confirm that the SSDI we found is her, so minor typos on the printout do not matter.
