The Family History library catalog shows no microfilms listed under Kajetanowka or Bielin. It does show one llisted under Rostoka. If Kajetanowka is not too far from Rostoka, it may be that you will find information about people in K. in the parish records of Rostoka. The film is listed under "Poland, Lublin, Rostoka (Chelm). A quick check of the Polish map shows four places with the name of "Rostoka". You'll have to find out which of these is the one for the Rostoka that may cover your Kajetanowka.
