Sam, You weren't looking at the correct film for your grandmother's baptismal record. If the information you have states L~asin parish, then you should look at the films under L~asin, Poland. http://www.familysearch.org/eng/library/fhlcatalog/supermainframeset.asp?display=localitydetails&subject=65151&subject_disp=Poland%2C+Bydgoszcz%2C+%C5%81asin+%28Grudzi%C4%85dz%29&columns=*,0,0 LDS filmed Roman Catholic and Lutheran records for L~asin. Both titles apparently cover 1884 though the RC records show that only an Index covering 1831-1887 was filmed and not the records themselves. BTW Szynwald is also a parish and that is why the records were filmed. Seldom will you find that LDS has filmed Polish civil records. As a parish, Szynwald would also have been the location of the cemetery. You might benefit from reading (purchase or borrow from the public library) the how-to book, _Polish Roots_, by Rosemary Chorzempa. I think it will help clear up a few things for you.
