(oops! just remembered--UK civil IS church.)Warsaw or Krakow is not going to be of any help. You need a narrower focus! Travel? Any way you can imagine. If diplomatic employers, a more direct route and around 1915 might have meant 1914 before the war! Ancestry has UK INCOMING passenger lists online.
