Who did the microfilming at the USCIS I have seen the quality of the microfilms through NARA done by LDS Church. The quality vary depending on conditions in the rooms where the records are filmed. Depending on locations, filmed records could be anywhere from 1919 to 1954 as the cut off. Much of the naturalization records held by NARA in various centers are microfilmed already and available through Family History Centers. David Samuelsen Meryl Rizzotti wrote: > Caveat emptor.
