The address certainly looks correct as you have it - the address on the ship's manifest and the one on the census form are definitely the same, as is "Aust/Ruthenian" for the birthplace and/or ethnicity, so Michael was clearly the "brother" that Katar_yna was going to join! (Who knows what the immigration officials did to butcher Michael's surname...?!). Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Katar_yna Tyssowska stayed at her brother's house for the 3 years until the census was taken in 1910, but it's still a lead if I can track them.
