    2. Okay here is another good question about Cruschiki what rum should I use, Bacardi or is there something better tasting and flavorful for the tasty treats. I know my Babci, being part Irish, she used to throw in a shot of Bailey's Irish Cream just for flavor. But as I seen in the recipes, that must have been her choice, as its not normally made this way. Ron How hot do you heat the oil ?     3. Here'\ is my question again. What temp should the oil or lard be? I know if it's too hot they burn. Can someone answer this question? I used to make them with my Dad. I did the rolling and knotting and he did the frying. He was a chef. Haven't made them since he died.
